We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Advanced Service Company LLC is not liable for damages that are caused to the item(s) during transit or transportation. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify the shipping company of the damage.

Shipping time may vary due to the following situations:

  • Large orders may require additional packaging and processing time.
  • Freight-shipped item(s) may require additional packaging and processing time. Additionally freight-shipped items may encounter delays due to carrier response and pickup times.
  • Items ordered after 12:00 PM CST.

Shipping Refunds

All shipment fees are non-refundable. Advanced Service Company LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs have to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return should the item(s) need to be returned.
