We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Advanced Service Company LLC is not liable for damages that is caused to the item(s) during transit or transportation. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify the shipping company of the damage. Advanced Service Company, LLC will not be responsible for damages ocurred during shipping. The responsibility of this damage is the shipping company.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we will follow this policies guidelines as stated further in this policy for refunds.

If there’s something wrong with the product or service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 (one) month to notify us of your intent to return the product or cancel the service in question. After you have notified us of your intent for a return or cancellation, you must request a Return Authorization number from us. We can not accept any returns or process any cancellations without a RA number.

Digital Downloads


Digital downloads are non-returnable. There is no way to return or reverse these types of transactions.

Product Return


If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

  • If a product becomes unavailable, we will handle all return and refund procedures and no action is needed.
  • Notify us of your intent to return the product within 30 (thrity) days.
  • Request a Return Authorization number from us within 30 (thirty) days. The Return Authorization process is outlined further below in this policy.
  • Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you will receive instructions along with it to proceed with returning the product.
  • Once we receieve the returned product and verify the condition meets our satisfaction, we will begin the process of your refund as outlined further in this policy.

Refunds


If you would like a refund, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

  • Digital Downloads can not be returned or refunded.
  • All returns must be initiated within 30 (thirty) days.
  • A refund requires obtaining a Return Authorization number.
  • The item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in new-like condition.
  • The item(s) must be returned unused and undamaged.
  • We must receive the item(s) in satisfactory condition for resale.

We at Advanced Service Company LLC take pride in serving our customers with the best products and services. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

We will review your returned item(s) as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above. We will then proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. If you have purchased via online payment, then you will be refunded the amount of the product. Payment processing companies may take 1-3 (one to three) business days or longer to settle this refund. We will keep you notified of the status of your refund.

Shipping

Advanced Service Company LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs have to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
