Should you be concerned of damages during shipment, please add shipping insurance to your order. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify the shipping company of the damage. Take photos of the damage and document & date the incident for your records.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we will follow this policies guidelines as stated further in this policy for refunds.

Packaging & Shipping
Package the product(s) or item(s) for return to Advanced Service Company LLC with the The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly labeled on the packaging. The packaging must be properly packaged to prevent damages caused during shipping. The package must arrive undamaged to Advanced Service Company LLC. It is advised to insure the package(s) and shipment(s) for the current market value, should any damage occur during shipping.

Once we receive the returned product(s) or item(s) and they meet the Return & Refund Policy guidelines, we will process any refund(s) within 3 (three) to 7 (seven) business days.

Return Shipping
Advanced Service Company LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs have to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
Warranty Registration Status
In order for product(s) or item(s) to be returned, the product(s) or item(s) must not have been previously registered for a warranty through the product or item manufacturers website or via any other means. If products(s) or item(s) are returned that have been registered for a warranty, this is cause to void and reverse any return or refund claims and transactions.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-returnable. There is no way to return or reverse these types of transactions.
